Ma Experiences wid Brahma Kumaris & their Meditation

Ma encounter wid Brahma Kumaris was on 3/10/09 afternoon wen i accidently came across a tenting on the usually free ground opp Gurudwara Sahib, 34 Sec Chd. Happend to visit d place.
A lot new concepts of Religion (N many were youth friendly) taught. Dealing wid stress etc.
Met Sarika Didi who guided me for stress mgmt meditation classes (free of cost) in thier 33 sec ashram. I ws askd to write anythin on globei wantd to; I gave way to " Balanced Life, Balanced Salary, Balanced Family N Parents, High on Globalization". I know i askd a lot, but i know whom Im asking (ie Almighty). ALso ws an important concept of difference b/w Shiva N Shankar dat Shiva is the Prime Father (like HOD) N Brahma, Vishnu N Shankar are His Immediate Sons.
Met Prem didi (4m Faridkot) on next day in 33 sec Ashram. She taught good, made us Meditate, meet God ( d concept of Divya Jyoti N Jyoti Bindu). "Mein Ek Atma Sitara Hoon Aur Ye Hi Meri Asli Pehchaan Hai." Prem Didi Contd for 3 days.
Aftr 3 days we wre shifted to Sr Sapna, She taught further that
1. Atma cant live without doing sth for long. It is in continuous cycle of 5000 yrs wid each yug for 1250 yrs.
2. Kalp Vriksh- d Divine Tree. Shiva os in the root, Yug (time) is in Stem, Religions are its Branches and We all (followers N non s) are the leaves. Each religion has its 4 yugs too. Any Sankalp done under this tree is fulfilld. Holy Spirits Meditate under this tree.
3. Yugs- Sat, Treta, Dwapar N KalaYuga are in Yellow, Silver, Pink N Black colors of Life as Golden, Silver, Copper N Iron age resp.
4. Islamists N Muslims are seprate religions.
5. Every religion had its founder but for Hinduism. It has flourished since Satyug. As per Sr Sapna says.
6. Vinaash ki tayaari poori h. Bt no fixd date- B Eveready. How ll dis destruction take place? Only 3 reasons.
- Naturally [Earthquakes, Floods etc]
- Nuclear Weapons
- Civil Wars [Greh Yudh on religion/ caste etc]
7. Truth is very Simple lik God. Any complications like Fasts etc are nt God's.
8. Dharm is nt the duty bt Original Quality of sumthng. Atma (Shanti), Paani (coolness), Satyug (Truth) etc
9. OM SHANTI means Atma ki Shanti.
